As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to best suit your individual needs. This may include elements of psychodynamic therapy to explore past experiences and how they influence your present, person-centred therapy to foster self-acceptance and personal growth, and compassion-focused therapy to cultivate kindness and understanding towards yourself. I believe in integrating these approaches to create a truly personalised and holistic therapeutic experience.

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you're not alone. Perhaps you are navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, stress, or relationship difficulties. Or maybe you're struggling with disordered eating, body image concerns, or a complicated relationship with yourself – areas I'm particularly passionate about helping people with. Whatever brings you here, I welcome you and am ready to support you on your journey.

A bit about my story

My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by a deep fascination with understanding human behaviour, informed by my own life experiences.

Through this journey, I discovered the profound impact therapy can have and developed a deep empathy for those facing emotional and mental health challenges. The modalities I mainly work with are compassion-focused therapy (CFT), person-centred therapy, somatic approaches and psychodynamic therapy.  I also work with cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). I'm a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
