I specialise in relationships, body image, burnout, and disordered eating. I support people who feel disconnected through painful relationships, burnout, and struggles with food, control, or emotional overwhelm. Together we begin to understand these patterns as adaptations, not failures, and gently rebuild self-trust, emotional regulation, and a more grounded sense of identity.
The consultation is free. It’s a chance for us both to see if we’re the right fit.
My practice is women-centred and LGBTQIA+ affirming. I work online, internationally, and in person on request in East London.
People come to me when something isn’t working in their relationships, in their body, in the way they move through the world. Often they’ve been managing it alone for a long time. Often they can’t name it. That’s fine. You don’t need to arrive with the right words.

I didn’t come to this work from the outside looking in. My own life brought me here. That curiosity about what sits beneath the surface, what shapes us, and what it takes to feel more like ourselves, has never left me.
Before training as a therapist I worked in the creative industries and then the charity sector. Both gave me a close view of the pressure people carry to look fine while not feeling fine at all. I have always been drawn to what sits underneath. The quiet patterns. The things people don’t say. The ways we learn to manage rather than feel.
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with additional specialist training and a commitment to continuous professional development. My approach means we work with what you think, what you feel, and what your body is holding.

My specialisms are relationships, anxiety, burnout, body image, and disordered eating. But this is not an exhaustive list. If you are not sure whether what you are carrying fits here, get in touch.
01
Painful patterns, toxic dynamics, affairs, divorce, breakups, and the grief of love that hasn’t looked the way you hoped.
02
The worry that won't switch off. the exhaustion that goes deeper than tiredness
03
A complicated relationship with your body or food, including disordered eating, body image concerns, emotional eating and shame. Including the emotional impact that can arise with GLP-1 medication
04
When life shifts and you no longer recognise yourself. Perimenopause, children growing up, bereavement, divorce. The question underneath all of it: who am I now?
I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your inner world and discover your own path towards healing. My approach combines evidence-based practices with a deep empathy for your unique experiences and needs.
Psychotherapy involves working with a trained therapist to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. This process helps you understand yourself better and improve your mental well-being.
Therapy can be helpful if you're experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship issues, personal growth challenges, or simply want to enhance your mental health and well-being. If you're seeking positive changes in your life, I can help.
My therapy services can assist with a range of issues, including stress, eating related issues, body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, grief, self-esteem, personal growth, and life transitions.
You'll work directly with me — a qualified, BACP registered therapist with a warm, non-judgmental approach. We start with a free 15 minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
In your first session, we'll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your personal history, and your goals. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and see if my approach feels right for you.
Therapy is ongoing and shaped around you. Sessions are weekly, giving the work the consistency it needs. We review together as we go.
