WHY DID YOU DECIDE TO BECOME A THERAPIST?

My path to becoming a therapist was inspired by a profound interest in understanding human behaviour through my own life experiences. Along my way, I discovered the transformative power of therapy and developed a deep empathy for people facing emotional difficulties and mental health challenges.

As a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to high standards of ethical practice and ongoing professional development. I also specialise in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns.

I am deeply committed to creating a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your feelings and experiences without judgment. By combining my lived experience with evidence-based practices, I tailor therapy sessions to meet your unique needs. My goal is to provide you with the tools and support to thrive.

Outside of therapy, I'm passionate about professional growth, and nurturing creativity. I have a deep interest in Black culture, especially through books, music, and thought-provoking expressions. I also enjoy spending quality time with family and friends.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and self discovery.
